It takes the finest troll individually caught wild Alaskan King Salmon and our in-house Scandinavian curing to create this healthy delicious specialty. Ours is among if not the finest Gravlax you will find anywhere in the world. We sell it on our own Limpa bread with Skansk Senap(premium spicy mustard) or now by the pound. Price shown indicates by the pound pricing. And yes it looks like filet mignon but is an excellent source of natural Omega-3 oils for your heart.
